Our therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide clients with effective tools to help them see the glass as half full instead of half empty.
Dr. Kitty Wong is a psychiatric physician based in Medway, MA, who has over twenty years of experience helping individuals and families with complex mental health needs. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and remained there to complete her adult psychiatry residency. She completed her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Harvard affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital program in 2005 and served as a Clinical Instructor at the Harvard Medical School after graduation for several years. Dr. Wong is the founder of Moxie Psychiatric Services and has held leadership roles as a child psychiatrist consultant and medical director at various organizations. Dr. Wong's initial consultation appointments typically take anywhere from 90 min up to 2 hours ($1500) depending on how complex a person's history and current needs are. Follow up appointments are usually about 25min ($300). Longer appointments lasting 40 min are $450, and complex appointments that last up to 60 min are $600. Dr. Wong welcomes students who are on the fence and have questions about psychiatric medication as well as those who are open and ready to get started. Students who are seeking treatment impacted by substance abuse will not find her to be a good fit for their needs as this is not an area of expertise.
Clear Mind Counseling, LLC is an outpatient psychotherapy practice committed to empowering both clinicians and clients through a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. Founded in 2023, our agency serves children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community and anyone seeking compassionate, client-centered mental health support. At Clear Mind Counseling, we believe that the foundation of great care begins with the clinician. Our model is designed to foster the professional development, confidence, and clinical insight of our therapists—because when clinicians thrive, clients receive the highest quality care. By emphasizing transparency, respect, collaboration, support, balance, and trust, we create a healthy space for healing and professional excellence. We take a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and holistic approach to care—honoring the individual needs of each client and offering services that support mental, emotional, and energetic balance. Whether through traditional talk therapy or integrative practices like Reiki, our goal is to inspire lasting growth and well-being in the communities we serve.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. By offering the space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgment, I help my clients gain clarity, work towards self-acceptance, and create more balanced, fulfilling lives. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, body image issues, and life transitions. I also enjoy helping young adults cope with challenges around identity development, stress management, and relationships. Therapy is a collaborative process during which clients gradually gain the insight and tools that empower them to create lasting, positive change. While my approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each client’s needs, I most frequently use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches.
Our practice has a number of licensed clinical therapists with extensive backgrounds treating a variety of different ages, situations, emotional and mental health disorders in individuals and their families. We specialize in treating adolescents and college-age students, but also have significant expertise providing treatment to children, adults, families, and couples. As part of our years of professional training in counseling, we have developed and refined our skills and approaches through our work in a variety of diverse settings including: hospitals, community outpatient facilities, college counseling centers, secure and unsecure inpatient/residential treatment programs, and therapeutic day schools.

Welcome! I offer clinical treatment to people experiencing trauma, mood disorders, & issues of identity (race, gender, sexuality, culture). I am South Asian, queer, and genderqueer (they/them). I am also an artist, and happy to incorporate creativity into our work together. No pressure, though! Traumatic experiences have a way of shackling themselves to the body, whether they are accumulated over time or single incidents which compromised our safety. We seek to protect ourselves from a world that has failed to protect us, often coping in ways that hurt in the long run. In our work together we will identify sources of pain, the impact they have on your life, & determine ways to reclaim power so that your body becomes a place of safety rather than a site of trauma. Come as you are. My goal is to be both a gentle witness and an ally, helping you to find & stand in your power, identifying disparities & restoring balance in your life. I believe you are here because you are ready to value & give yourself a chance to shape your future with your own hands. I couldn't be more hopeful for you.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're already balancing classes, relationships, family expectations, work, and everything else that comes with college life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply looking for extra support, I'm glad you're here. I'm Mary Mesiha, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience helping young adults navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with college students facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, trauma, and the pressures that often come with this stage of life. I believe the relationship you have with your therapist is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, gain practical tools, and build confidence as you work toward the life you want. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can get to know each other, discuss what you're looking for, and determine whether we're a good fit. I would be honored to support you through this chapter of your life.
College can look exciting on the outside and feel overwhelming on the inside. I work with students who are dealing with anxiety that won’t quiet down, focus that feels impossible, mood changes, burnout, or the pressure to keep it all together. If things feel harder than they should, you’re not alone. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide thoughtful, personalized medication management. I take time to listen, explain options in clear language, and work with you to build a plan that feels manageable and realistic for your life. You deserve support that feels steady, respectful, and not rushed.
I work with adults throughout the life span who are processing life transitions, chronic illness, grief and loss, relational conflicts, trauma, and identity development. My approach seeks to understand together the "why?" behind symptoms and behaviors so you can feel less stuck and be able to show up in life the way you want to.
My clients are aware that something is not working and are motivated for change, even if they're not sure where exactly that change starts. My clients are often very conscious of the systemic stressors that make their lives more difficult, and come to me looking for support as they navigate challenges and imagine their futures. I specialize in identity exploration, trauma-focused practice, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. I use a blend of talk therapy and drama therapy to engage my clients in reflection on their present challenges from an embodied perspective, and provide a fuller understanding of how their past shows up in their present. I bring myself into my work, and hope to challenge the old idea that therapists inherently know more than their clients. You are the expert of your own life, and I would feel honored to be invited into your world. If you are interested in learning more about how I could support you, please be in touch.
I’m happy you’ve taken that first step and found your way here. I understand it’s not easy to seek out support. Therapy is unique to each person, but some themes I have noticed people are seeking out are an understanding of their emotions, an improved ability to cope and function and feeling more empowered about their individual situations. I also specialize in and offer years of expertise supporting individuals around issues related to parenting, identity development, LBGTQIA+ identities and life transitions. The space I provide is welcoming, gentle and warm. My approach is person-centered and eclectic at its core. I am thoughtful and attentive in finding ways to make therapy accessible and meaningful. I primarily use talk therapy and am skilled at incorporating creativity, coping skills and mindfulness into my work to make therapy individualized to your needs. My hope for you is that you realize your own strength and ability to be the driving force in determining what success means to you in therapy. I believe in your ability to be your own expert and to find your own strength and awareness to promote your personal growth and healing. I’m here to support you and meet you where you are on life’s journey.
