I strive to provide a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere where clients are free to explore their difficulties as well as reconnect with and harness their strengths. I aim to create a space where growth, healing, and transformation can occur. I do this by using a client-centered approach, listening kindly, and offering constructive feedback to help clients challenge self-defeating beliefs and behaviors. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my main theoretical orientation. My goal is to help each individual to access their unique strengths and remove any blockages that are preventing them from attaining their highest state of well-being and becoming their whole selves. I have helped clients learn skills to better manage stress, as well as to recover from depression, anxiety and substance use using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. Although Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my main orientation, I understand that each person's needs are unique and I apply other modalities including insight orientated therapy and mindfulness. I provide both short and longer-term therapy depending on your individual needs. I have specialized experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, transgender and gender-diverse individuals.

We're a small group of clinical psychologists who love working with college students, using evidence-based therapies and supportive relationships. We offer individual and group therapies, and intensive therapy or coaching for times when you may need extra help fast. We have a lot of experience helping students across a range of life issues, including the stress of college adjustment, family and relationship concerns, and a range of psychiatric diagnoses like anxiety, ADHD, mood, or behavioral problems. Some of our team are college faculty, and others are supervisors or students, so we understand what our college clients may need. We see clients live in our Boston MA and Bloomington IN offices, as well as virtually in several states, including FL, IN, and Washington DC. Feel free to reach out to see if we are a good fit for you!

Hi, my name is Jenny Rivillas-O'Neill. I am a firm believer in a multidimensional approach to care in order to achieve sustained wellness. My framework incorporates the understanding that we may all experience periods where life management skills alone are insufficient, and thoughtful medication supplementation can be therapeutic in achieving balance and wellness. Through direct care experience, my knowledge, motivation, and passion for assisting people seeking wellness have grown exponentially. My experience includes PMHNP Residency training in the VA Boston Healthcare System, Inpatient Nursing Director at BIDMC, and currently in the last year of a Doctoral program at Yale concentrating on adverse childhood and community experiences and finding pathways toward healing.

there are a number of credentials i could share about myself and ways you might decide if i'm the right therapist for you, but honestly, between you and me, what matters is that i love this work and i believe in this work. i feel deeply humbled to hold people's stories and hearts for a living. the trust that this work requires is no small thing, and i never take that lightly. in my clinical practice, i use theories rooted in an anti-racist, queer liberation, harm reduction, and body-neutral framework. i feel most drawn to this work through an attachment-focused analytical frame. we have all been harmed in relationships, and i believe our healing must also exist in relationships. i know we cannot look at one's personal frame without understanding the systemic and cultural impact that intersectionality has had on one's own experience. i have committed to my clinical work always evolving, and we will both teach each other what comes next. i can't promise a safe place, but i can promise an accountable one. i will create the container, i will show up for rupture, and together we will build a foundation of trust to help you heal, grow, challenge, and shift the things that brought you here. i received my master's in clinical social work from silberman school of social work at hunter college in new york city. after graduation, i worked in community mental health, supporting young mothers on their journey towards recovery from opioid-based addictions. i then joined a group practice where i've worked for many years, supporting folks to heal complicated relationships with food, their bodies, their boundaries, their gender, and their sexuality. i believe i am a partner in this work with you, and as people change, heal, and move forward in their lives, i feel profoundly impacted to bear witness and be a part of your story. it is miraculous. finding the right therapist is a process: trust yourself, explore, ask hard questions. we work for you and with you. i am a white, queer, abolitionist, non-binary, dyslexic, jewish, body-liberatory therapist, and most importantly, a client. the only thing i ask of the folks i work with is a commitment to show up, and the rest we will figure out together.

Our experiences in this world, often based on identities or trauma, can leave us feeling stressed and uncertain. It's confusing to have your worries get in the way of making the connections with people that you long for; or to be so convinced you will fail that it's hard to take the first step in doing the next thing you want to do; or to be suddenly totally overwhelmed in the middle of this exciting new experience you'd been waiting for. Sometimes people need some help slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and finding new ways to respond so that they can move forward with hope, self-compassion, and empowerment. I have spent many years working in college mental health, helping students from all identities and backgrounds navigate the growth and challenge of the college experience. My approach is collaborative. Together we figure out what's getting in the way for you. I'll be with you in the hard moments, naming and exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences so that you can find ways to respond to them that are helpful. Increased connection with your body is key. Let's also celebrate the wins, big and small, along the way. Finding a therapist that is a good fit is so important—if you're not comfortable enough to tell your therapist what's really going on, therapy won't work. Let's find a time to connect to see if I would be a good fit for you in your next step.

At times, life events can seem to control the way we feel, creating feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Other times, you may struggle with feeling unmotivated or purposeless without any specific cause. I believe psychotherapy empowers people by understanding specific struggles while actively developing skills to create change. A key part of our work will be identifying the things that matter to you and finding ways that therapy can bring you closer to a life that is more connected with your values. I have expertise in trauma and stress, substance use, grief, and motivational issues. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds as well as treating military service members, veterans, and their loved ones. I thoroughly enjoy the collaborative process of determining what interventions will best fit your needs and look forward to understanding your treatment goals.

Hello! I am Yvette LeBlanc Gundry, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I specialize in supporting undergraduates, graduate students, post-grad, and adult clients who are parents or thinking about becoming parents through life transitions, relationship issues, and issues of self esteem and identity. I offer online and walk & talk therapy to folks who are looking for support during times of stress, are interested in finding meaning and connection, and improving their relationships with themselves and others. With compassion and humor, I strive for a collaborative relationship in which I provide a non judgmental space for each client to explore and process experiences. I utilize a relational, client-centered, grief & trauma informed approach tailored to each client’s needs, and often incorporate tools such as mindfulness, expressive approaches, mind-body approaches, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to empower clients. In my work with clients I provide information, encouragement, and support to help pave the way for meaningful change. I assist clients in navigating grief & loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions and direction, academic stress, relationship distress, trauma, perinatal/reproductive mental health, spirituality, and medical stressors & mind-body issues. September 2025 update: I have very limited availability for in-person sessions, but a little more availability for online sessions. I'll help you to become aware of your painful feelings and to learn to tolerate them, so that you're free to make choices instead of just reacting to life. I am a licensed, independent social worker. I have worked my way up to the management level of an agency, but interacting directly with clients is what I enjoy most. I have experience working with clients who have many different types of concerns, such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and interpersonal problems. I tailor my treatment approaches to the needs and wants of my clients. (If you have some knowledge of treatment approaches, these approaches include psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and motivational interviewing approaches). Besides my Master's in Social Work, I also have a PhD in English, so I am particularly interested in helping clients to use their reading or writing as therapy.
