If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren't serving you, or disconnected from yourself or the people around you, you're not alone. Many of the patients I work with are searching for relief, clarity, and a greater sense of control. They want to feel more confident in their decisions, more at peace in their bodies and minds, and better equipped to handle daily stressors without becoming emotionally flooded. Some are also looking to rebuild self-trust and develop a healthier relationship with food, their body, and the people in their lives. As a Mental Health Counselor-Limited Permit (MHC-LP), my work centers on helping adolescents and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating, and the challenges that come with major life transitions. That said, people at all stages of life are welcome here. My goal is to support you in creating lasting, meaningful change by helping you understand your patterns, build practical coping tools, and move toward a life that feels more stable and aligned with your values. Compassionate, authentic, and collaborative care is at the heart of everything I do. Creating a space where you feel genuinely supported and understood isn't just a goal; it's a commitment I bring to every session. We'll work together in an environment that is grounded and nonjudgmental, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrative, person-centered approaches to help you reduce anxiety, manage OCD patterns, and reconnect with a greater sense of balance in both mind and body. I'm especially passionate about the connection between mental and physical well-being, and supporting you in finding more freedom from anxious thinking, compulsive patterns, and self-criticism. Every aspect of our work is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals, because there's no single path forward that works for everyone. My path to becoming a therapist began in pediatric oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering, where I supported children and families through cancer treatment. This experience shaped my passion for providing compassionate, steady care in moments of distress. I later worked in a school setting providing crisis intervention for children and young adults with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Over the past two years, I have worked in eating disorder treatment, supporting adolescents and young adults in building a more supportive relationship with food, body image, and emotional wellbeing. I also have experience providing trauma-focused care, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), to support clients in processing and healing from traumatic experiences. These experiences inform my trauma-informed, collaborative approach to care. I aim to help clients feel grounded, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. When I'm not in session, I'm usually moving my body for enjoyment, catching a movie, or exploring a new coffee spot. Music is a big part of my life, whether that's listening at home or going to live concerts. Traveling, discovering new places, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing at the beach are some of my favorite ways to recharge.

I specialize in therapy for young and emerging adult women with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and OCD to help them find balance and gain new perspectives on how they see the world and themselves. I challenge Perfectionists, Overthinkers, and People Pleasers to step out of their black-and-white thinking. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that have protected you in the past, dive deeper into your experiences, and notice the stories that your mind is telling you. We’ll work with both your mind and body, helping you tune into how your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses are connected. As an integrative therapist, I blend evidence-based practices with a human, relational approach—drawing from different modalities to meet you where you are and what you need most. My goal is to provide a balanced, trauma-informed, and holistic approach that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, build healthier boundaries, strengthen your self-trust, and create more space for flexibility and self-compassion, feel free to reach out or schedule a free consultation through my website—I’d be honored to support you!

My history of working in school settings from pre-K through college has shaped my approach to therapy, which is rooted in the belief that counseling is a learning process. From the foundation of a strong client/counselor partnership, clients can build skills and gain understanding to foster better relationships with both themselves and others, while also developing a more intentional and effective process for responding to stressors and challenges. Together, we can collaborate to clarify your goals for counseling and develop an individualized plan that balances support, insight, and skill building. Hi, I am a LMHC and I graduated with my master’s degree from WCSU and I am also a certified personal trainer. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults from the ages 14 and up. I also like working with mothers and daughters whom have a strained relationship or just need some help with building their relationship back up. I specialize with issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem:etc. I always knew I wanted to help other people from a young age. As a kid and teenager I struggled with shyness, self-esteem issues and depression. A lot of the time I felt like I was alone and felt like I was not heard. Since then my goal in life was to help others feel like they are not alone and they are heard no matter the issue. I also believe in treating the whole person. The body and mind are connected, therefore both should be treated. On top of being a therapist, I am also a personal trainer for the last 6 years. I use many different approaches including DBT, CBT, mindfulness techniques, art therapy and psychodynamic. I think every individual is unique, therefore there isn’t just a “one size fits all” approach. I like to speak to each client for a few minutes via phone to make sure that I am the right fit for them. Then I move on to scheduling the first session which consists of me asking questions and getting to know my client and their goals for treatment. I like to take a collaborative approach and allow my client to be the leader in what works and what doesn’t work for them in treatment. I want to help anyone who is willing to put in the work in and out of session. I like to have my clients set small goals in between sessions and review them the following session as a way of assisting in their healing process. I was taught to be kind because you never know what someone else is going through. This value has allowed me to be more empathetic and it allowed me to always be curious. From a young child I was always interested in different cultures. I make sure to take time to look at everyone’s perspectives and check my own judgements. I am constantly learning about different cultures to make sure others feel comfortable and welcomed when they come see me for therapy.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and school/college related issues, such as relationships, self image/concept, academics, and life transitions. I use a culturally informed, client-centered perspective when working with people to honor the way in which individuals' unique experiences have shaped them. I aim to provide a safe and genuine environment, where thoughts and concerns can be discussed confidentially. My experience as a school counselor has instilled my passion for helping students and families navigate the many challenges that are faced in and outside of the school setting. I partner with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other community resources to make informed treatment plan decisions and goals. As an advocate for holistic healing and growing, I also offer a yoga teaching informed perspective to support the mind and body connection in the counseling process. This is particularly useful when stress is an issue. Counseling can offer ideas and skills for working through everyday challenges in a more strategic way.

We are a team of clinical social workers specializing in yoga/mindfulness, EMDR, and CBT. Our understanding is that in order to truly heal, we must honor our whole-body and mind working together. Many of our clients find that much of their suffering is stored throughout their bodies as anxiety, depression, and stress begin to take over. We support students as they navigate the unfamiliar and sometime daunting transition into adulthood and offer a warm, hopeful guide towards joy and purpose. Our virtual counseling services are available to individuals located in Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Vermont, Maine, Illinois, and California. We welcome you to get to know us, the services we offer, and reach out to schedule session.

My theoretical orientation is integrative, which means I use a combination of humanistic, solution-focused, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based /contemplative approaches, stress management, and insight oriented techniques-depending on the needs of the client. I understand how critical the relationship between client and therapist is to the success of the therapeutic experience. As such, my hope always is to provide a warm, empathetic, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment-one in which my clients will feel safe and encouraged to build trust and work towards self-empowerment. To that end, I employ a collaborative, strengths-oriented approach. My style is warm, compassionate, interactive, and I provide ongoing feedback. I believe in the power of therapy and in every individual's right to experience happiness, meaning, and fulfillment. Please contact me if you have more specific questions before making an appointment. I look forward to working with you!

I believe in healing through corrective experiences. It is possible to heal from trauma & anxiety, rather than just learning coping with it! I prefer to use methods that are designed to alleviate the distress associated with painful memories. This includes Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and other Experiential Therapy modalities that are proven to be equally as effective in a virtual setting.

I am an experienced, long time psychotherapist, who helps create a nurturing environment that is warm, curious and non judgemental. I am focused on understanding the client and supporting the optimal healing process. I have an unconditional commitment to each of my clients to be open and honest, to be focused on their life-enhancing goals, and to work in a proactive manner to help them achieve these goals in the briefest possible time. No single approach works for everyone. Some issues may be addressed with a short-term, solution-focused approach. More complex issues may need a combination of approaches over a longer time.
