Inner Gold Counseling, LLC
I provide individual counseling services for adults residing in the state of Oregon. I am deeply committed to and passionate about working with my LGBTQIA++ community, and identify as Queer and Lesbian. I have primarily worked with the Queer community for the past three years. I also have a special heart for the Indigenous community and exploring and supporting our unique challenges and spiritual and ecological connections. I have experience working with: BDSM/KINK, polyamory/relationship anarchy, BIPOC, parenting, trauma, and disability. Learn to connect to yourself and your deep inner wisdom. Explore self compassion and develop a broader understanding of your personal needs, desires and core values. Begin to listen to what your body is telling you, it holds so much information about who we are, our ancestral roots, and our raw needs. Individual therapy gives you a brave space to be seen and witnessed, to be gently held, to express what you hold dear to your heart,.. it is a sacred container for your fears, hurts, trauma, and triumphs. It is a gift to yourself. It is a place where you can come as you are, without judgment, to be validated and challenged, and to explore your rich inner life and access the gold of your spirit.

PNW Therapy Services
There's so much about life that can’t be controlled, but none of us need to go through it alone. In my practice, I work with WA and OR teens and adults (14+) as they start their therapy journey. With teens, issues we may navigate are the challenges of high school, identity, finding independence, and the transition into young adulthood. With adults, I am often navigating topics such as loneliness, finding community, life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. My ideal clients are often looking to break out of stuck patterns, trying to understand trauma's physical and mental impacts, and working to align their daily actions with their core values. I firmly believe that community is foundational to healing, and together I hope we can work toward building meaningful relationships with your community and yourself. I am currently accepting new clients and have availability Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. If this works for you or you would like to learn more about my practice, please reach out and book a free consultation today to see if we may be a good fit!

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, struggling in relationships, or questioning who you are and where you're going, you’re not alone. College can bring a lot of pressure—academically, socially, and internally. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're going through, and feel more like yourself again. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns that may be holding you back, build tools to manage stress and anxiety, and support you in developing a stronger sense of identity, confidence, and direction. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to navigate your life with clarity and self-trust.

My passion lies in supporting people who may feel stuck, stagnant, or caught in repeating patterns, and who are ready to try something different. The journey forward isn’t always easy, but the support of a compassionate therapist can help you find your way. I strive to create a nurturing space where you can unpack your experiences, reflect deeply, and begin to explore, challenge, and redefine how you show up for yourself and in your life. I warmly welcome individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and orientations. My areas of expertise includes racial and cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and the challenges of navigating multicultural or bicultural worlds, or those living at the intersections of multiple identities. I practice from a social justice, multicultural, trauma informed, and anti-oppressive framework, ensuring that our work together is inclusive, affirming, and compassionate. I specialize in treating people who struggle with trauma, OCD, anxiety, and/or insomnia. I strive to help my patients reduce suffering and increase joy and connection by incorporating relevant science and research, humor, and compassion throughout the treatment process. The treatment process will involve gaining an understanding of your strengths and challenges, collaboratively developing goals for treatment, and implementing tools and skills learned in therapy to live a more fulfilling, effective, and meaningful life. Therapy with me will be more directive at times so that you feel empowered to confront challenging issues. For each area I specialize in, I use approaches that I’ve been extensively trained in and that have been proven to be effective for many people: EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, or Prolonged Exposure for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure & Response Prevention for OCD and other anxiety disorders, and CBT-I for insomnia. I received my master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Pacific University. My experience as an Air Force veteran and former military psychologist has given me a wealth of experience providing the gold standard in trauma treatment.

Making Sense of Your Experiences Over nearly three decades of working with clients, I've come to appreciate how resilient people really are. I've learned that meaningful change often begins when we better understand what has shaped the way we think, feel and behave. Therapy can offer a place to make sense of those influences, recognize patterns that may no longer be working and develop new ways of approaching life that feel more effective and sustainable. Many of the clients I work with are gaining a deeper understanding of how early relationships and experiences continue to affect the way they see themselves, relate to others and respond to challenges in the present. Some have spent years feeling on edge, different, misunderstood or unsure of themselves. Others find that the ways they have learned to cope or connect with others are no longer serving them well, leaving them feeling disconnected, stuck or unsure of what comes next. Therapy can help create greater clarity around these experiences and what you'd like to be different going forward. Understanding How You’re Wired A significant focus of my practice is working with adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, including those diagnosed later in life. For many, discovering they have ADHD in adulthood brings both relief and grief, as years of experiences begin to make sense through a different lens. With that understanding, many begin to see their past experiences, struggles and strengths in a new light. Together, we can explore what helps you function at your best, build on your strengths, quiet self-doubt and help you feel more at ease and confident in yourself. How I Approach Therapy I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual. No two people bring the same history, strengths, needs or way of seeing the world. My approach is warm, collaborative and practical, with plenty of room for curiosity, reflection and real-life problem solving. We’ll work together in a way that feels intentional, useful and genuinely suited to you. No matter what brings you here, my hope is that therapy helps you understand yourself with greater clarity, self-compassion and confidence.
Horizon Online Therapy
College can bring a lot at once: more independence, academic pressure, changing relationships, questions about identity, and the uncertainty of what comes next. Even when things are going well, it can still feel overwhelming, isolating, or hard to manage alone. Horizon Online Therapy is a small telehealth practice offering therapy for college students in Oregon. We are not a large platform or a call-center-style service. We are a small team of clinicians who value steady, personal, and collaborative care. Our therapists support students dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, identity questions, family conflict, perfectionism, and major life transitions. We work with students who may be adjusting to college, navigating cultural or family expectations, exploring identity and belonging, or trying to understand patterns that keep getting in the way. Our team includes: Alex, who works with adoptees, immigrants, and students from multicultural backgrounds, with a focus on identity, belonging, trauma, and the experience of living between cultures. Tenaya, who supports LGBTQ+ students, students navigating relationships, and those struggling with stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, or feeling stuck. Rachel, who brings a holistic approach and incorporates mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic therapy for students working through trauma, burnout, or significant life changes. Therapy with us is warm, practical, and individualized. We offer online sessions so students can access care from a private space that works for them. Our goal is not to tell you who to be, but to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and better able to manage what you are carrying. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, sort through what is happening, and get support that feels real.

I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to foster understanding of their own mental health and create insight into what is needed to build healthy, personalized approaches to self-care and coping. Building this type of self-awareness and reaching the point of implementing these skills is often daunting, so connecting with a therapist to support you in processing these experiences will help lead to genuine change. My focus is to work with adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and high sensitivity (HSPs). My approach incorporates person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational modalities that allow us to explore lifelong, underlying patterns of thinking and behavior in a safe and connected environment. I have experience in providing therapy for young to middle-aged adults from various backgrounds of ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and SES. I am currently accepting new clients! Please contact me for a phone consultation where we will determine whether my therapy services and availability fit your needs.

You might react more quickly than you want, shut down in parenting, or show up in relationships in ways that don’t match who you know yourself to be. Using EMDR and parts-based (IFS-informed) therapy, I help adults and parents process past experiences so you can break automatic cycles, heal trauma, and feel more grounded. I provide therapy for adults and parents seeking a specialized, deep approach. Together, we’ll get to the root of these patterns to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, grounded, and intuitive with an easygoing style and room for humor. Since 2011, I have helped clients navigate the complex intersection of trauma and relationships. Using a parts-based approach refined over 15 years of practice, I help you bridge the gap between your past experiences and your current reactions as a partner and a parent. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, we’ll move at a pace that works for you, without pressure, while staying focused on what will help things shift. I offer online therapy to clients anywhere across Oregon. I also offer free consultations to see if we’re a good fit or if you need guidance on where to go next.
