You are feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward. You are dealing with unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety or other complications that are making life difficult. You may feel like you are "going through the motions" and cannot find a way to enjoy your life in the ways you want. You feel disconnected from yourself and others. You want to feel motivated to live to your fullest potential and make the changes needed in order to reach your goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the Self and make choices that are more aligned with personal goals. I use a Person Centered approach using Gestalt, Somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems and Narrative Therapy, DBT, CBT and creative expressive tools. Creating a deeper connection to body responses, and discovering different perspectives to develop more self awareness, I hope to work as a facilitator for your growth. I believe that you are always the expert in your own life, and I welcome feedback and collaboration about tools that you find most useful for your progress. I have 6 years experience helping adults, children and families. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Oregon and hold a certification in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from the Mental Health & Addiction Counseling Board of Oregon. I’m looking forward to hearing from you! You can reach me by phone at 971-265-6543 or email me at melissasanders@introspectivecollective.org.
Brittany Bonner-Dillon, PsyD
I provide adult psychological testing and evaluation for ADHD, autism, and diagnostic clarifications. I take a strength-based, whole picture approach and utilize a variety of different testing measures including a cognitive battery. This allows you to be able to use your evaluation for services through your university if needed and recommended. I also take insurance. If you may be interested, email me or check our website for more information.

Early adulthood can be a confusing, tumultuous time. You may be forging an identity, dealing with instability in living situations, academics, career, or relationships, and perhaps caught up in the painful effects of complex trauma from childhood and adolescence. Financial and career stress in a confusing economy doesn't help. I resonate most with young adults struggling with family of origin issues, discrimination, and experiences of trauma and loss. These issues and experiences often lead to depression, anxiety, and worries about not being good enough or able to make healthy decisions. I am able to be present when you are hopeless and help you see the good within. My approach flexible and catered to your needs. What brings you to therapy is a focus, but I also acknowledge that the past informs the present. We may take that past on directly or keep it in mind as a minor theme. Insight combined with action are often the keys to change.

Cynthia Jordan, LMFT
Hello. My name is Cindy. I am passionate about helping students improve their mental health. As a fellow UO duck I personally understand the compounding social, academic, financial, and relationship challenges that occur while attending college. I have worked with students for over 20 years. I have supported students experiencing generalized and academic anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, depression, chronic and acute medical conditions, life adjustments, roommate conflict, stress and time management difficulties, grief and loss, and trauma. I have experience working with students who have experienced sudden grief and loss, traumatic break-ups, and psychological, physical, and sexual abuse. I am committed to supporting individuals heal from their traumatic experiences and allowing their vulnerable selves to feel seen. I have experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA2+ students who are experiencing discrimination, marginalization, dismissal, and systemic micro and macro aggressions. I have completed trainings and hold certifications in EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness. Therapy is a courageous act that requires vulnerability, authenticity, and an openness to self-discovery. I will work to help you identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, stagnant, and from reaching your full potential. If you are ready to begin this process I look forward to connecting with you.
BCBTherapy
BCB Therapy began in 2004. Each therapist carries a caseload they can actually hold in mind, and clients see the same person every week, not whoever happens to be free. The team works with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship struggles, disordered eating, insomnia, and ADHD. Alongside talk therapy the practice offers EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, DBT, DBR, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Sessions happen two ways: in person at the office on SW Columbia Street in Bend, or by secure video anywhere in Oregon. Clients in Portland, Salem, Eugene, and Medford, and in small towns with no therapist for fifty miles, get the same clinicians and the same care. The practice is in network with PacificSource, Providence, Regence, BlueCross BlueShield, First Choice Health, and the Oregon Health Plan.
Andrew Bertell
How I work: I'm a licensed clinical social worker and psychoanalytic psychotherapist, in practice for over 15 years. Licensed in Oregon, Maryland and New York. In person in Ashland, Oregon, and by video elsewhere. People come to me with anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, relationship difficulty, and the harder transitions of a life, though we rarely stay at the level of the label for long. My training is psychoanalytic - relational, modern, contemporary - but in practice I'm more interested in you than in applying any of it to you. Together we explore what matters, what repeats, what gets avoided, what happens between us. You come to know what's best. That stays with you everywhere. I also work as a thought partner. Some people come to me not for conventional therapy but for sustained, confidential attention to something they're working through: a decision, a project, a difficult question, a piece of writing, a leadership puzzle. The structure is different; the kind of attention to complexity is the same. Some call this coaching. I think of it as the same depth of attention, pointed at something distinct you're working at. Who I am Trained at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies and the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis, with additional study in somatic and contemplative approaches. Outside the office, I serve on the board of the Ashland Independent Film Festival.

Grace Wallingford
Hey there! I’m Grace, a Registered Dietitian based in Portland, OR, passionate about helping you feel your best through personalized, sustainable nutrition. My journey into nutrition began with my own experience. During my senior year of high school, I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and after working with a dietitian and making changes to my diet, I experienced a powerful shift in my energy, mood, and overall well-being. That experience showed me firsthand just how impactful nutrition can be—and ultimately inspired me to pursue this field. Through both my personal and professional journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how chronic health conditions can affect nutritional status and day-to-day life. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating chronic conditions, helping them build confidence and find strategies that feel manageable, realistic, and sustainable long term. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and empowering. Together, we’ll create a space where you can learn, grow, and build the skills needed to make lasting changes. I believe nutrition therapy should feel approachable and individualized, and I’m here to help you develop tools that support your health in a way that fits your life. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me hiking, baking (I’m currently working on perfecting my banana bread recipe), spending time at my local coffee shop, or soaking up the sun whenever I can. I’m so excited to work with you and support you on your journey! Ready to start? Book a visit directly at https://diabetesdigital.co/start.

Alina Khodadian
I am deeply committed to supporting people of all identities, especially neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ individuals, towards greater healing and empowerment. I will spend a considerable amount of time learning more about you, what your values are, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to provide a safe enough space where we can build trust together and work towards your goals. I want to empower those who struggle with anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, relational challenges, managing daily stress, and trauma. As much as we may wish we could get rid of difficult emotions, I offer gentle exploration towards what it can feel like to begin to develop new relationships with unwanted feelings. I have an extensive background in mindfulness and offer clients a variety of mindfulness tools (that aren't too precious). Self compassion will be at the heart of our work. I believe that the most healing aspect of therapy is the connection between the therapist and the client. I offer warmth, patience, mediocre metaphors, and occasional humor. I feel honored and privileged to get to work with clients and it feels especially sweet when people begin to feel comfortable opening up. You can reach me by phone at 971-266-3010 or email me at alinakhodadian@introspectivecollective.org.
Erin VanVoorhies, PsyD
I work with college students, graduate students, and adults navigating life's many transitions. Before entering private practice, I worked in two university counseling centers, where my clinical work focused on supporting young and emerging adults as they managed academic stress, relationships, identity development, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life decisions. I especially enjoy working with highly sensitive people (HSPs), adults with ADHD, and those exploring or adjusting to a late diagnosis of autism. I also have extensive experience supporting clients exploring questions related to gender and sexual identity. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in recurring emotional or relationship patterns, or exhausted from trying to meet others’ expectations while feeling disconnected from themselves. My style is warm, collaborative, and relational. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for lasting change. Together, we'll explore the emotional and relational patterns that shape your life, helping you develop greater insight, emotional awareness, self-compassion, and new ways of responding to challenges. My work is grounded in psychodynamic and relational therapy, while also incorporating mindfulness- and compassion-based approaches, as well as somatic awareness and experiential interventions when they are helpful. I tailor therapy to each person, balancing reflection and insight with practical tools that help you feel more connected, resilient, and authentic. I practice from a feminist and anti-oppressive perspective and strive to create a culturally responsive, affirming space where all aspects of your identity and experience are welcomed with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
David Seltzer
I find the greatest success working with clients who over-think and ruminate, feeding negative valuations of themselves and the world around them, and who struggle with accompanying forms of worry, anxiety, and perfectionism. In providing a safe, non-judgmental space in which to build rapport, and by utilizing a conversational style, clients often feel more comfortable opening up and addressing the issues bringing them to counseling. We will collaborate on goals, as well as work together to make adjustments to expectations, making them more realistic, discover the meaning of “good enough,” learn the importance of self-care and healthy boundaries, increase self-worth, and begin to formulate ways to live an authentic life, making choices that are in alignment with your values. I look forward to hearing about your experiences, how they have been affecting your ability to reach your goals, and begin to work together to increase healthy tools to better manage inevitable life stressors when they arise. You can get back on track toward living a life that provides meaning and purpose. Please call to schedule a free consultation. ______________ Please note that I can also accept Samaritan insurance plans, but it was not listed as an option within the Thriving Campus system.
Leslie Rund
As a young adult, few things are harder than struggling alone. This time in your life can feel full of contradictions. It's exciting yet uncertain, liberating yet terrifying, carefree yet sometimes paralyzing. You crave connection. To be seen & deeply loved. But relational wounds, anxiety, or the residue of past trauma can lead to feelings of distrust, insecurity, & doubt. You yearn for more. To have healthy relationships. Improve self-esteem. You want to live with more ease, but feel stuck by your pain. Emotional wounds need nurturing, connection, & the healing power of a relationship. You're not alone. I help young adults learn to be with themselves & others without feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or scared. We slow down & notice what happens in the moment & the body as we explore emotions. My primary therapeutic approach is AEDP, which focuses on connection & attunement, undoing aloneness, accessing & processing emotions, & "loving up" strengths. I know that reaching out is hard! It's scary & unfamiliar. But together, we'll work through the difficult stuff. The emotions. The fear. We'll laugh a lot. We'll cry a bit, too. Nothing is too big! Plus, I've got a comfy couch & cozy office. Or meet me on telehealth. Either way. I challenge you to do this for yourself. You have everything within you.
Tessa Love LCSW, PLLC
Maybe you're exhausted from carrying stress and anxiety that never seems to let up. Maybe a difficult experience from your past still shows up in ways you didn't expect — in your relationships, your sleep, or your ability to feel safe in your own body. You don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through it. Whether you're navigating the lingering effects of trauma or PTSD, anxiety that won't quiet down, or a depression that's dimmed things you used to enjoy, you deserve a space where you can slow down, be honest, and actually start to heal — not just cope. I'm Tessa Love, LCSW, and I bring a warm, trauma-informed approach grounded in CBT, DBT, and somatic (body-based) techniques. I tailor every session to you — no cookie-cutter treatment plans, just collaborative, evidence-based care that meets you where you are. Ready to feel like yourself again? I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we're a good fit — no pressure, just a conversation. I see clients virtually throughout Washington and Oregon, with openings Tuesday through Friday. Call (425) 321-0337 x800 to get started.
