TLC is a 100% online group therapy practice where therapists provide quality teletherapy. TLC specializes in, but is not limited to therapy for Black, Native-American Indians, Hispanic and Latino adults and teens (14-19 years old).
There are 4 Minuteclinic therapists in Pennsylvania, available via telehealth or in person, 365 days a year. All of us are licensed, experienced, caring, and motivated to help you get back to thriving. In particular, about me: I am the therapist in Jenkintown. I try to use experiential methods (such as IFS, Internal Family Systems) so that therapy isn't 'just talk'. But if you just want a good compassionate listener, I can do that too. I believe that clients are experts in themselves, and the counseling process serves as a vehicle for exploration, understanding, and change.
