Hi, I’m Djola McGowan, but most people lovingly call me DJ. I’m a neurodivergent Licensed Professional Counselor based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I identify as a woman and use she/her pronouns. As a first-generation American with roots in Jamaica—the land of wood and water—I bring a rich, culturally informed perspective to my work. I believe therapy is a revolutionary act of self-care and a collaborative journey. My approach to therapy is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and cultural awareness. I truly believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens within us, but also in our relationships, families, and the systems we move through every day. As someone who values both personal insight and practical tools, I draw from Structural Family Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients make sense of how their emotions, thoughts, and family dynamics all intertwine. Together, we untangle the patterns that are keeping you stuck and work toward building new, healthier ways of being — both within yourself and in your relationships.
My name is Suzanne Muller, I am the founder of Thrive Therapy & Wellness. I am licensed in PA and DE. I see both men and women in my practice with most clients experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. I also have 15 years of experience in the field of eating disorders. Much of my work is based on building a stronger sense of self by evaluating expectations, practicing acceptance, and letting go of previous disappointments. I also focus on life transition work, empowerment and redefinition of self. I would love to hear from you and would be happy to schedule a free 15 minute consultation!

There are 4 Minuteclinic therapists in Pennsylvania, available via telehealth or in person, 365 days a year. All of us are licensed, experienced, caring, and motivated to help you get back to thriving. In particular, about me: I am the therapist in Jenkintown. I try to use experiential methods (such as IFS, Internal Family Systems) so that therapy isn't 'just talk'. But if you just want a good compassionate listener, I can do that too. I might be a good choice for you if your situation is complicated, if your feelings are very intense, or if this is your first time reaching out for therapy and you want to make sure it's a good experience (or if you've had bad experiences in therapy before and you want to make sure it's different this time.) Feel free to contact me to see if I'm right for you. Best wishes, Su Siegelman LCSW

Relationships and experiences impact who we are as individuals, partners, and members of groups. Our relational patterns are encoded within us and shape our sense of self as well as the ways we relate to those around us. Things we avoid thinking about or addressing have a habit of emerging again and again. Therapy can help to illuminate, reflect on, process, and metabolize thoughts and feelings that may be preventing us from living the lives we want. I offer a supportive approach to help you manage anxiety, ease fear, and develop tools to build resilience. The transition away from home and into college comes with a unique set of challenges and opportunities. Many students struggle with anxiety and depression, making social connections, managing academic stress, navigating a new school culture, leaving relationships from home, and more. I've partnered with students and families in local independent schools for almost 20 years in addition to working more recently with dozens of students in counseling and psychological services in a rigorous college setting.
Finding your footing in college isn't always easy, especially when relationships, identity, family and friendship dynamics, or mental health start to feel overwhelming. At Praxis Relationship Therapy, I work with college and graduate students, and young adults who want to better understand themselves and build healthier, more secure relationships. I specialize in relationship concerns (dating, breakups, communication, intimacy), adult child-parent relationship dynamics including adult children of emotionally immature parents, adult ADHD, and major life transitions like adjusting to college or navigating independence. Whether you're feeling stuck in patterns, struggling to connect, ot trying to make sense of your emotions and thoughts, therapy can be a space to slow down and figure things out, with support and structure. As a Turkish-American therapist who came to the U.S. as an international student in 2016, I deeply understand the challenges of cultural adjustment, identity, and belonging. I offer therapy in both English and Turkish, and strive to create an inclusive, culturally responsive space where all backgrounds and identities are welcomed and respected. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in research. At Praxis Relationship Therapy, we don't just talk about your relationships, we work on them!

In therapy, I support young adults in navigating a variety of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, ADHD/executive functioning challenges, and life transitions. I also provide psychoeducational evaluations to better understand personal strengths and weaknesses and identify whether ADHD, learning disorders, or other factors may be impacting academic performance in order to develop a better educational plan with accommodations tailored to your individual needs. Licensed under PsyPact, I am also able to provide teletherapy to students across multiple states, making it easy to stay connected, even during breaks.
I’m a health psychologist who helps people break the cycle between life stress and physical health problems. Stress, burnout, and emotional strain can lead to poor sleep, weight gain, high blood pressure, and difficulty managing conditions like diabetes or chronic illness. At the same time, health issues can affect your mood, relationships, motivation, and daily habits. I use evidence-based approaches — including CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing — to help people shift unhelpful thought patterns, manage emotions, and make sustainable changes in how they care for themselves. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or struggling to stick with a health plan, I work collaboratively to create a personalized strategy that fits your real life. My goal is to help patients feel more in control of their health and well-being — not just physically, but emotionally and behaviorally.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor. My approach is non-judgmental and grounded in respect. I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique situation, struggles, and goals; working to develop the tools needed to improve relationships - including their relationship with themself. It is exhausting to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or like you’re walking on eggshells with people you love. It is miserable to feel like you’re just faking it every day, not liking yourself, or not knowing how to manage your depression or anxiety. Maybe there has been trauma, or maybe people just don’t understand. For people who have experienced trauma, there is an additional weight: issues with trust, feeling unsafe, triggered, ashamed, not knowing what is wrong. I can help. See more about me at FindingCenter-Anderson.com. I see people in-person or on telehealth. You can call, text, or email me at 215-839-8709 or charlotte.anderson.LPC@gmail.com

Hello, I’m Dustin! Life is difficult; there is no rule book. I am here to support you to help you learn new coping skills and strategies. I will partner with you so that you can move toward a life of enthusiasm, wholeness, and fulfillment. Have you ever felt like the “other?” I specialize in working with adults and adolescents ages 15 and up who have felt like the “other.” At some point almost all of us have felt like we were different. Perhaps you may have experienced anxiety or depression, low self-esteem, are an artist or artistic type, are part of the LGBTQ+ community, are a person of color, or have felt rejected by your family? These can be traumatic experiences. I am here to help you navigate through these difficult experiences so that you can shine. My style and personality is nurturing and supportive, yet very direct and truthful. It also has a healthy dash of humor and fun. I use a person-centered, creative, and holistic approach to meet your needs and accomplish your goals. Other modalities incorporated include CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, and underlining psychodynamic work. As an active singer and songwriter, I am also on my own creative and personal journey. I am ready to share with you what I have learned!
My office is a safe space for all, regardless of gender or sexual orientation; everyone is welcome here. I believe that everyone is human first, and no two people are alike. I use an individualized approach to best suit my clients' needs and I work diligently to facilitate a strong therapeutic bond and create a safe, nonjudgmental space with every interaction. It takes a village and I am here to be part of yours.
My favorite part of helping people is collaborating with my clients. I work together with students to help them reach their goals, get some relief and learn new ways to cope. As a licensed professional counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor, my approach is both nurturing and strengths-based. I believe that every person is unique and has the ability to cope and heal. As your therapist, I will help you strategize to develop treatment goals and offer warm support as we get you there. In doing so, I primarily use IFS (Internal Family Systems- I’m Level 2-trained), but my approach can also be eclectic. I support people with anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem issues, family conflict, substance use disorders, OCD, trauma and so much more. I am non-judgmental, supportive and have a gentle style. If you would like to hear more about my approach and to discuss whether we can work together, I’d love to hear from you.
After struggling with anxiety or depression for long enough, you may start to feel stuck. Anxiety and depression can make us think and act in ways that ironically leave us feeling even more anxious and depressed, creating a kind of "vicious cycle." Fortunately, advances in evidence-based therapies have given rise to interventions that can reliably interrupt this cycle, so you can stop struggling and start living. I work with my clients using cognitive-behavioral and humanistic approaches, and incorporate mindfulness-based interventions to decrease the impact of challenging thoughts and emotions, while simultaneously increasing engagement with who and what matters most. Your values and goals will guide our work together every step of the way. Choosing a therapist can be difficult - an online profile can only tell you so much. My advice is to speak with a few different therapists first to determine who feels like a good fit for you, and trust your instincts! Contact me for a free 15-20 minute phone consultation.
Our experienced team provides the highest quality care, using treatments that are backed by the latest research and sensitive to the developmental changes and transitions that children, families, and adults navigate.
Anxiety is our least-welcome companion. It holds us back when we try to take a step forward. It stands in the way when we try to connect with others. It convinces us that the world is scary and the safest place is our home. Anxiety wears many masks, but the best defense is learning how to identify it when it pops into our lives and combat it with a variety of techniques you will learn in therapy. Together we can chip away at what holds you back in your life and build strong coping skills that will prepare you for a successful life ahead. Right now I'm offering both in-person and Tele-therapy appointments. Check out my website SeanDCleary.com for more information or if you'd like to get in touch. I look forward to meeting you.
