Kami L. Diaz, LCSW-S
I have over 20 years experience working with young adults navigating life transitions. I have a passion for supporting them through the challenges of adulting. Many of my clients are learning how to balance school, work, friendships, and relationships. This is common and can be more difficult if you have a history of trauma and are trying to learn who you are in this world. I have also worked with many non-traditional students providing support for the challenges of making a mid-life career change. Traditional or non-traditional student, I would love support you in reaching your goals and learning the skills needed to navigate life!

Amidst It All Therapy & Development
If you’ve been feeling like you’ve kind of lost yourself lately, you’re not alone—and you’re exactly who I love working with. A lot of the people I see are juggling school, expectations, relationships, and big life decisions, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they really are. You might overthink everything, struggle to say no, or feel pressure to have it all figured out—even when you don’t. In our work together, you won’t get a stiff or overly clinical experience. I show up as a real person—warm, down-to-earth, and sometimes bringing in humor when it helps take the edge off. I’ll help you slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and start trusting yourself more so you can feel grounded, confident, and more like you again.
Dr. Angie Baker
My practice is characterized by a practical, solution-focused approach; rather than simply identifying obstacles, we collaborate to develop actionable strategies for overcoming them. I provide a secure, supportive environment where Christian values are integrated into the therapeutic process as we work toward your lasting peace and restoration.

Adolescence and young adulthood are times of great potential filled with major developmental tasks. At times those tasks can feel overwhelming. I'm Mindy and I am passionate about offering hope and unconditional positive regard to support those working through the time of life from pre-teen through young adulthood. A safe and supportive environment, recognizing patterns that no longer serve the client, and an increased self-awareness can help clients to grow into their full potential.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and eating disorders and am trained in Brainspotting and Safe and Sound Protocol (a music therapy intervention). I have a passion for working with emerging adults, including those in college, and welcome the opportunity to navigate all of the life transitions to come alongside you! I am active in sessions with providing psychoeducation and having us practice new skills together. You can expect some homework as we work to strengthen your body-mind connection and regulate your nervous system.

Life experiences can have a significant impact on our sense of self, relationships, and overall well-being. My practice focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where individuals can explore, process, and find meaning in their life experiences in a way that empowers them to live more authentically. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I support clients in developing self-awareness and experiencing transformation at their own pace. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Arkansas and Texas. I have experience providing therapy for adults from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing life adjustments, stress, anxiety, depression, psychological conflicts, grief and loss. My practice supports the LGBTQIA2+ community. Reaching out can be a difficult first step. Fostering Resilience PLLC
Most of the students I work with are figuring out who they are while juggling school, family, friendships, and their future. Many feel the weight of being “the strong one” for everyone else, but behind closed doors they’re tired, anxious, or questioning if they’re enough. Some are navigating being away from home for the first time, carrying family expectations, or balancing the pressure to succeed with the need to just breathe. Others feel out of place on campus and want a space where they don’t have to explain themselves or code-switch. I connect best with young people under 25 who are ready for honest conversations, who value a therapist that will both listen deeply and challenge them to grow. My goal is to give you room to unpack your story, understand your emotions, and figure out how to move through stress, relationships, and identity with more clarity and confidence.
Andrea Kubicek
Many of the people I work with seem to have spent a fair amount of time wondering if they are somehow doing "being a person" incorrectly. The overthinkers. The deep feelers. The people who have always felt a little different. A little out of step. Or like everyone else received instructions they themselves somehow missed. Some are navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or questions about who they are and how they want to move through the world. Many have spent a long time trying to make sense of things on their own. Therapy is not a place where you need to arrive polished, certain, or put together. It is a place where curiosity is welcome, questions are welcome, and most importantly, you are welcome. P.S. Consider this your official welcome to the Human Being Club. Your unpolished, un-edited pages are honored here.

Life can be a rollercoaster ride and there are times when we experience tough times or frustration. Managing those situations and emotions can be challenging. In life we are taught how to do many tasks and skills but when was the last time someone taught you how to deal with your emotions? My goal is to help you learn how to identify those emotions, learn how to cope and work through your problems to build your emotional toolbox. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to who will truly listen without judgment and offer support. That is where I can assist. I can provide either faith-based or secular counseling. I'm a therapist with Octave and Evernorth Behavioral Care Group. Octave is a mental health practice providing high-quality care covered by multiple insurances. Evernorth Behavioral Care Group is a behavioral health provider group in-network with Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth. For my availability, please reach out to Octave’s team by emailing or calling.

Sometimes life presents challenges. But you don’t have to face these challenges alone. I provide a nonjudgmental safe space to work through whatever is holding you back from living your best life. You might look like you're holding it together on the outside, but internally things feel overwhelming. I work with teens and adults who are feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, navigating major life changes, or carrying experiences from the past that continue to affect their daily lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, difficult relationships, or simply don't feel like yourself anymore, I'm here to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward. My goal is for you to feel more in control of your life. We’ll explore how your past influences your present, creating a safe space where you feel truly seen. Our time together is to help you discover the strength you already have in you to move forward with clarity and confidence. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before we meet. Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and begin creating a plan to move forward that feels right for you.

My ideal client is someone who has experienced acute mental health challenges, or may be new in their therapeutic journey altogether, and is ready to move toward stability and growth. They may struggle with severe mood disorders, trauma, substance use, or daily life struggles, and feel discouraged by systems which have not met their needs. They want to understand themselves and their challenges better, build skills to improve self-sufficiency, and create a meaningful, prosperous life with sustainable supports in the community. I specialize in trauma-informed, ethical, and client-centered care grounded in inpatient mental health experience. I help clients develop insight, accountability, and practical skills to manage symptoms, strengthen resiliency, and transition successfully into community sustained living while prioritizing safety, dignity, and long-term stabilization. You do not have to navigate your healing journey alone. If you are ready to move forward and build hope for your future, I invite you to take the next step. Together, we can create a supportive, realistic path towards growth, empowerment, and lasting change.
Emerson Counseing & Wellness Group
We all carry pieces of our past into the present, our experiences, relationships, losses, strengths, culture, and the ways we learned to cope along the way. I believe we are the sum of those parts, and counseling gives us a place to understand how they shaped who we are today and decide what we want to carry forward. I'm Arcelia Emerson LPC-Associate Supervised by April West LPC-S. My path to becoming a counselor is personal. I’ve been a client myself, and my experience with EMDR showed me how powerful counseling can be. It also taught me what it feels like to sit on the other side of the room, share your story, and do the hard work of healing. That experience continues to shape how I work with my clients, with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I see counseling as a partnership. You are the expert on your life, and we work together to understand patterns, build on your strengths, and find tools that make sense for you. My approach is trauma-informed and individualized because I don’t believe counseling should be one-size-fits-all. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, along with mindfulness, breathwork, grounding, yoga, Sandtray, and creative approaches. Together, we look at both the mind and body and find what works best for you. I work with all ages experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship concerns, life changes, or simply feeling stuck. Your culture, family, identity, values, and experiences are all part of your story and are welcome in the counseling room. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming. You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you begin. We can figure that out together.

You might be doing pretty well on the outside and still feel like something isn't quite right. Maybe you're struggling with your mood, carrying experiences that still affect you, questioning parts of your identity, or trying to figure out who you are outside of the expectations you grew up with. I especially enjoy working with queer, trans, and nonbinary students who want a therapist who will listen without judgment and take them seriously. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come in. We can start there.
