I am a compassionate and experienced clinical and sport psychologist dedicated to supporting high achievers in cultivating both mental well-being and peak performance. With a deep appreciation for the diverse journeys of athletes, military service members, and first responders, I strive to create a space where individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based strategies that foster resilience, growth, and lasting change. Whether you’re navigating the pressures of high performance, overcoming challenges, or striving for personal and professional excellence, I am here to support you. I believe in a holistic, personalized approach to care—one that honors your unique experiences and strengths. I am particularly interested in, and trained for, working with clients who are struggling with or are in recovery from eating disorders. I have extensive experience working with adults (18 and older) who have co-occurring diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and trauma. I also find fulfillment in supporting people who are navigating life transitions: tackling the college experience, embarking on a new career, becoming a parent, empty-nesting, or encountering a less-expected transition such as grief or a relationship ending. It is common for people who have had an eating disorder or who are currently struggling with one, to find that transitions challenge their recovery process with increased stress. Counseling may be especially helpful during that time. The most important component of effective therapy is providing a therapeutic relationship built on warmth, empathy, genuineness, unconditional regard and trust. Using a “Health at Every Size” (HAES®) philosophy I draw from several different therapeutic techniques to tailor my approach to your unique needs. My primary goal is to help you understand how your presenting concerns developed and what is perpetuating them. I then support you in accepting or making changes that align with your values and goals. I offer a free initial phone call during which time you and I can explore together if I'm a good fit to help you reach your goals. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about therapy and help you feel ready to begin this process. You're welcome to send me an email with any questions you may have!
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're carrying stress, uncertainty, or emotional pain. My goal working with clients is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel seen, understood, and valued just as you are. I work with clients who are navigating life, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, etc. I take a strengths-based, relational approach to therapy, meaning I focus not only on the difficulties you're facing, but also on the resilience, insight, and abilities you already bring into the room. Together, we build on those strengths to foster growth, healing, and meaningful change. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. I prioritize developing a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace. I meet you where you are at! As someone who is half Turkish, I also value cultural identity, background, and lived experiences as essential parts of the therapeutic process. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, therapy can be a place to find that and I would be honored to support you in that.

I listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions to help you explore what’s going on beneath the surface. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Gottman, Christian Counseling and Family Systems Therapy. I'm Lara, and I help overwhelmed moms who are carrying it all — the emotions, the decisions, the schedules, the invisible weight that no one else seems to see. If you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, and like you’ve lost yourself somewhere in the chaos of motherhood, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to keep doing this alone, either. As an LPC and mom of three, I deeply understand what it’s like to feel stretched thin, emotionally drained, and unseen. My work centers on helping women navigate the mental load of motherhood, find space to breathe, and reconnect with themselves. You don’t have to explain why you’re tired. You’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and strategies that meet you exactly where you are. I hold Master’s degrees in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I’ve spent years helping women move through some of the hardest, most tender seasons of their lives. You’ve been showing up for everyone else — now it’s time for someone to show up for you
That feeling when ... you can't describe the feeling. Overwhelmed, or maybe anxious. Frustrated. Alone. Misunderstood. Stuck. Unable to see your way forward. I've been there, and I've spent years developing tools to share with you and help guide you on another path. Whether you need help navigating a new phase in your life, need new tools for facing sudden or unexpected changes, or are looking for fresh perspectives, I can help you find your brave and move forward with intention and joy. I have a Master's degree in Community Counseling and have been a counselor for 13 years. What will counseling with me look like? Expect me to be honest, friendly, and direct, and to be willing to laugh and cry with you. You will be in a safe environment where you can explore your feelings and your relationships without judgment. Some days you may need a good listener and some days you might want some new perspective, and I am here to provide both. However, as we get to know each other, I will challenge you to set and make progress towards your goals. Although I use a variety of theories to guide me in my work, you will most likely learn a lot of cognitive behavioral techniques working with me. We will move at your pace, but we will examine what you think, and why you think it, to help you understand your feelings. Understanding your feelings, and how they connect to your thoughts and actions, will be your first step in setting goals towards making the changes you want to see in your life.

Hi! My name is Michelle and I have a passion for working with women in the perinatal population, children, and athletes to improve their mental sport performance game! Navigating college and adulthood can be challenging and overwhelming! There is a lot to juggle and sometimes it can feel like a lot or you have to manage it alone. School or being an athlete can feel like a full time job. So it’s okay if you need someone to talk to, someone who’s been there and gets it. Because you don’t have to handle everything by yourself.

I earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree specializing in Psychiatry from The University of Texas at Arlington. I am proud to say I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am a true believer that not one of my fellow humans is immune to stress, anxiety, and feelings of sadness at some point in their life. We all find ourselves feeling vulnerable at times. It is completely normal to question why we feel the emotions that we do, why we seem to fall apart at times, and better yet, how we can get through it all in one beautiful piece. I think the first step to meaningful recovery from anxiety, depression, complex mental illness, and/or substance use is to reach out and ask for help. It is a difficult, but very brave action. I am not one to judge, look down on, question your past experiences, or current situation. I am very good at rationally breaking down a situation and I can offer practical advice and medication suggestions depending on your goal in mind. Hello! My name is Maddie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in Texas. I practice predominantly in psychotic disorders, psychosis and mood disorders. I specialize in mental health and trauma working with individuals struggling with moderate to severe sexual trauma, historical trauma and childhood trauma. I cultivate a space of honest and difficult conversations. Creating an environment of emotional healing and nonjudgment. My motto is “You can leave the mask at the door, because even underneath the mask we are all still human and bleed just the same”.
Hello! I’m a therapist in private practice, and I work best with students and young adults who feel like they’re carrying a lot on the inside while trying to keep up on the outside. Many of the clients who are a great fit for my practice are navigating anxiety, low mood, self-esteem struggles, emotional dysregulation, grief and loss, the impact of past painful experiences, and major life transitions (starting college, changing majors, moving away from home, new relationships). If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you “should be doing better” but can’t seem to turn it around, you’re not alone. Students often reach out when they’re: • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly “on edge.” • Stuck in overthinking, perfectionism, or procrastination • Feeling down, numb, unmotivated, or like it’s hard to care about things you used to enjoy • Burned out from juggling school, work, family, or big life changes • Struggling with confidence, self-worth, or a harsh inner critic • Having trouble with relationships, boundaries, or communication • Trying to heal after a painful experience, or coping with grief and loss In our sessions, we’ll slow things down and make sense of what you’re feeling, what’s been happening, and what you want to change. My approach is flexible based on your needs, but I often use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which helps you notice unhelpful thought patterns, understand how they affect your feelings and choices, and practice new ways of coping that fit your life. We’ll set clear goals, build practical skills you can use between sessions, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, especially if you’re working through trauma or loss. My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. You don’t need to know what to say or have a “perfect” reason to start therapy. If you’re looking for a space that feels supportive and real, where you can be honest, get tools that help, and feel more like yourself, I’d be glad to connect. We can start with what’s most urgent and go at a pace that feels manageable.
Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you. My practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families, and through years of experience, I’m confident that no problem is too great to overcome. Through therapy, there is always a way to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help you both right now and in the future.
Life is full of obstacles and challenges; sometimes, this can contribute to things feeling hopeless or out of control. Learning healthy tools to overcome and deal with these situations is an important part of mental health as well as physical health. I believe that all people have the potential to improve their situation; sometimes, they just need support to navigate those changes. I have been providing counseling services for 20+ years, and have spent many years working with adolescents and young adults dealing with trauma, domestic violence, and depression/anxiety concerns. Every client is different and unique. I strive to create a trusting and caring environment where you will feel heard and supported as I work to get to know your individual needs. I value questions and want to partner with you to help you achieve your goals. If you have been considering therapy or on the fence, I would encourage you to give it a try.
