Colby & Co. Psychological Services, PLLC.
Hi, I’m Dr. Colby, a licensed psychologist who specializes in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, and phobias. I work with college and boarding school students who are navigating intense emotions, uncertainty, and life transitions, offering virtual therapy that feels warm and casual while balancing clinical recommendations alongside your lived experience. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with evidence-based skills for emotional regulation and mindfulness, taught in a way that actually works. I’ve published work on the long-term psychological and physical effects of chronic stress and trauma, and I bring that deep understanding into therapy, giving you access to the skills needed to feel more grounded and less fearful. I have extensive experience supporting those who identify as neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+, and I strive to create a space where every part of you feels welcome. If you’re ready to feel more in control of your thoughts and identify helpful paths forward, I would love to hear from you. Note: I have availability for in-person clients on Wednesdays. I have a small pug-mix, Aaron, who works in office with me. All other days virtual appointments are available.

Attachment-focused therapies: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Psychodynamic Therapy Behavioral therapies: Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Neuroscience-informed therapies: Neuro-education and Somatic Therapy Priti's Approach to care: Priti embodies a preventive and collaborative approach to care, prioritizing early intervention, prevention, and longevity. She works closely with her clients while actively partnering with primary care providers, psychiatrists, gynecologists, dietitians, and school counselors to ensure thoughtful, comprehensive care across all aspects of health. Priti integrates her expertise in neuroscience with a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to psychotherapy. She recognizes that trauma affects not only relationships and attachment patterns, but also neurobiology, psychiatric symptoms, and medical health. This perspective informs her treatment approach, including careful consideration of medication management, and the mind–body connection. She is committed to helping clients feel understood and supported, while facilitating more adaptive, connected, and meaningful lives. At the heart of Priti’s clinical work is a deep belief that healing occurs within safe, secure, and attuned relationships. Her counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and relational, rooted in fostering a sense of safety and acceptance. She views the therapeutic relationship as a central conduit for transformation and growth, meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they come home to themselves. Priti supports clients in reconnecting with their inner child, reclaiming their identities, and expanding their capacity to hold grief throughout life. The populations Priti Specializes in: Priti has experience providing outpatient and inpatient mental health services to adolescents, adults, and families. She works as both a generalist and as a women's mental health specialist. As a generalist, she specializes in the following diagnoses: anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders across all genders. As a women's mental health specialist, Priti supports both women and adolescent girls recovering from complex trauma, PMDD, anxiety and depression, eating disorders/body-image disturbances, infertility, and perinatal mental health. With extensive experience treating women diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, and related reproductive health concerns, Priti recognizes the powerful intersection between gynecological and mental health. With a specific focus on healthy female adolescent development, Priti helps adolescent girls cultivate emotional resilience and navigate gender specific challenges associated with female adolescence. Priti understands that adolescence can be a tender, and often overwhelming stage of life, marked by social pressures, identity exploration, and emotional intensity. She has particular experience supporting teen girls recovering from complex early childhood trauma, including the lasting effects of early parental substance abuse, grief, bullying, attachment disruptions, and other adverse childhood experiences. Through a trauma-informed and compassionate approach, Priti helps young women build self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, develop healthy relationships, and move toward healing and growth. Who is Priti Outside of the Therapy Room? When she's not working with clients, Priti enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include exploring new coffee shops, strength training, cooking, traveling, and reading action, adventure, and high fantasy novels. From the age of eight, Priti was taught Garba, a traditional folk dance from Gujarat, India, by her mother. She is currently learning Bharatanatyam, a classical Indian dance form originating from Tamil Nadu, India. For Priti, culture, tradition, food, movement, and storytelling are meaningful ways to stay connected to herself, her heritage, and her community. She finds joy in exploring life through dance, strength training, new culinary experiences, and the immersive worlds found in books. Jaime Silva, MA,NCC
I believe therapy starts with connection. I bring warmth, sensitivity, and active engagement to my work, creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, past trauma, or navigating a major life transition, I’m here to help you understand yourself with more clarity and self-compassion. My approach is grounded in the belief that people are more than a diagnosis. I work from a non-pathologizing, wellness-centered perspective, which means I focus on understanding your unique story rather than reducing it to symptoms or labels. Together, we can explore the deeper patterns that may be getting in your way and move toward a more grounded, meaningful way of living. My psychotherapy education includes a master’s in counseling from Northwestern University. I’ve also completed a post-graduate fellowship in psychoanalysis through the Massachusetts Institute of Psychoanalysis, as well as a behavioral medicine program with Boston Behavioral Medicine. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a physician assistant, working closely with patients across medical settings. That experience continues to inform the way I understand the mind-body connection and how stress, trauma, and emotional pain can show up physically as well as mentally. In addition to my work at Omega Therapy Practice, I’ve provided therapy in community mental health settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, and relationship difficulties. I enjoy working with adults of all ages including college students, the elderly, healthcare professionals, LGBTQIA, those exploring identity, and healing from past wounds. Kathryn Kelley
I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual master's degrees in nursing from Norwich University and in mental health counseling from UMass Boston. My path into mental health care started with a deep interest in the stories people carry and the strength it takes to face life's hardest moments. Early in my career, I worked as a licensed mental health counselor, and that foundation continues to shape how I show up with patients today—with empathy, respect, and a genuine belief in your ability to change and grow. I bring over a decade of experience across multiple care settings, including community mental health, inpatient detoxification, and residential substance use treatment. These experiences gave me the privilege of working with people facing overwhelming challenges—from stigma and systemic barriers to the invisible grip of substance use disorder. What always stood out was their resilience and courage. Being part of that healing process is what keeps me grounded and motivated in this work. I use an integrated approach to care that recognizes the whole person—your biology, psychology, relationships, and life experiences. I start by building trust and understanding your unique strengths. From there, I draw on evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance & commitment therapy. When appropriate, I incorporate medication as a supportive tool. This combined approach lets us tailor your care plan based on what will work best for you. Sessions with me are collaborative and human. You can expect a mix of warmth, curiosity, and clinical expertise, with space to explore what's going on underneath the surface, not just treat symptoms. Whether we're unpacking old patterns, navigating substance use recovery, or exploring a new diagnosis, we'll do it together, at your pace. Humor often plays a part—it helps us connect, process heavy moments, and remember that healing doesn't always have to feel heavy. I have specific experience working with patients navigating substance use disorders and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I welcome individuals from all walks of life, especially those who may have felt unseen or unheard in previous mental health settings. What sets me apart is my ability to meet people where they are—with compassion, clinical depth, and a commitment to care that's personal and empowering. I don't believe in "fixing" people. I believe in partnering with you to uncover your strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are. Outside of work, I ground myself through meditation, time in nature, and quiet moments by the water. These practices help me stay connected to myself and to the values that guide my work. For me, self-care isn't about doing things perfectly—it's about tuning in, being real, and giving ourselves permission to rest and reset. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to start, you don't have to figure it all out alone. Reaching out is a brave first step. I'm here to help you take the next one.
