Life can feel like a rollercoaster—full of unexpected ups, downs, and sharp turns that can leave us feeling stuck or unsure of what comes next. In those moments, it’s completely natural to question whether things will ever get better. You don’t have to navigate that alone. In our work together, my goal is to walk alongside you, offering support, practical tools, and a safe space to explore what you need in order to move forward with confidence and a greater sense of balance. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and draw from several evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we’ll tailor treatment to fit your unique needs, values, and goals. I am committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. My style is strength-based and collaborative, focusing on helping you access your resilience and developing meaningful, achievable steps that support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you in this next part of your journey.

I was a psychiatrist prior to immigrating to the United States in 2001. I currently work as rehabilitation counselor, case manager for people with disabilities and also work as a mental health counselor independently. I am a good listener and passionate about each individual's life journey, self-identity, acculturation, relationship and career path. When we sit down to listen, learn and share different perspectives, we unlock entirely new ways of seeing ourselves. Stress never goes away, but we can adjust how to react toward stress, build resilience for ourselves and healthy relationships with others.

I use an integrative approach where I am able to meet you where you are at with compassion, curiosity, and encouragement to evaluate and tailor evidence-based treatments to fit your needs. My desire is to partner with you in exploring your story and help you experience healing. I have enjoyed working with people from a variety of life stages from adolescence through late adulthood. I love working with those who are experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, planning for the future, and those who might just feel "stuck". In 2025, I received training in cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) from the Stanford Sleep Health and Insomnia Program. I consider it a privilege to sit with you as you share your life with me. My hope is that I can create a safe place for you to explore your depths and deepest parts while feeling supported and accepted. I would love to come alongside of you in the midst of your journey and witness your growth.

Her role is to walk alongside you—offering insight, encouragement, and reflection to help you reconnect with your truth and move toward healing. With a blended approach rooted in holistic practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and spiritual exploration, Jazmin works with individuals navigating major life transitions, unresolved childhood trauma, postpartum shifts, grief, and the often-overwhelming process of self-discovery. She also supports parents in redefining their identity and finding balance in their evolving roles. Her direct yet nurturing style helps clients get to the heart of their pain, making space for clarity, transformation, and growth. College is the ultimate life experience, but it can also cause a lot of anxiety, doubt, confusion, and feelings of inadequacy. It also brings along questions of “am I good enough,” “did I choose the right path,” and “how am I going to get through this”? Guess what? These are all normal feelings and thoughts that every college student experiences to some degree or another, and I am here to help you navigate them! However, what happens if tragedy strikes, or you find yourself struggling with disabling anxiety, or chronic pain and/or illness? That was the predicament I found myself in during Graduate School. I received a Traumatic Brain Injury along with a Spinal Injury halfway through my MSW. I thought it was all over for me, I thought I was going to fail out of school, and was told I could never work in the field of social work. Well, I’m here to tell you they were WRONG! I made it through all the trials and tribulations, graduated with Honors, and I am here to help you navigate your struggles and help you continue to pursue your dreams! If you are struggling with daily college life, are experiencing debilitating mental health issues, or are trying to power through chronic pain and/or illness to acquire your college degree and make your dreams come true I am here to help you on your journey!

Living in your body may feel exhausting, unfamiliar, or even unsafe. Trauma, relationship harm, health changes or chronic illness, and struggles with body image and eating can leave us feeling disconnected and stuck between overwhelm and shutdown. I offer a warm, grounded presence where you can feel seen and begin cultivating a deeper sense of self-trust and wholeness - a space to explore lived experiences and learn supportive wellness practices. I work with busy students who are carrying the weight of stress, trauma, and grief while navigating immense transitions and responsibilities. Many of my clients are healing from sexual violence, emotional relationship harm, chronic/invisible illness and health-related changes (migraines, endometriosis, PCOS, POTS, cancer), and concerns around relationship with body and food, including disordered eating. I've supported students and young adults for over a decade, with many years of experience working in a college specialty counseling clinic. I use a mind-body approach that blends somatic (body-based), cognitive, and mindfulness practices including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping). This helps us understand ourselves with compassion, cope with emotional overwhelm and physical body discomfort, heal from trauma, and reconnect to relationships and activities that nourish us. I find great joy in serving multicultural and multi-faith communities while providing a weight-inclusive, culturally-affirming, and trauma-informed space where all parts of you are welcome.

Charlie Health is a virtual behavioral health program for adolescents and young adults with moderate or severe mental health concerns or co-occurring substance use or eating disorders. Designed to meet the needs of those who require more than weekly therapy, our program combines curated group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized treatment programs. We are helping to serve those who are in crisis, or have been historically underserved, by eliminating the most significant treatment barriers: geographical and financial access. We work with nearly all commercial insurance nationwide and have no waitlist, thereby helping people access quality, evidence-based care regardless of insurance, location, or other barriers.
