The goal is to help each student not just cope, but truly reinvent themselves and thrive both on campus and beyond.
We can all benefit from gaining insights, learning skills, and having “tune ups” along the way. If you’re feeling stuck, struggling with how you feel about yourself or in relationship with someone, experiencing unwanted or intrusive thoughts or memories from a past experience, ruminating on negative thoughts or beliefs, or feeling anxious or depressive symptoms, you don’t have to walk through it alone! Our therapists use various counseling approaches that include evidence based treatments like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Because we are out of network, we can also get creative within our work with you. We’ll utilize appropriate techniques such as music or walk-and-talk therapy and can even take “field trips” with you if we deem it beneficial in your treatment (ie- restaurant outings, exposure therapy for certain phobias, home visits, etc.)
Equip is the leading evidence-based virtual eating disorder treatment program on a mission to ensure that everyone with an eating disorder has access to treatment that works. Built by clinical experts in the eating disorder field and those who have experienced eating disorders firsthand, Equip fills the gaps in today’s insufficient eating disorder landscape. We provide fully virtual, evidence-based treatment through a multidisciplinary care team (which includes a medical provider, therapist, dietitian, and trained mentors), allowing each patient to achieve full recovery without disrupting their life. We treat patients of all ages and diagnoses in all 50 states, and we accept most insurance plans.
I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and strive to help clients better understand themselves. By creating safety and comfort within our relationship, we can more deeply explore familial, platonic and romantic relationships while also exploring clients' identities and feelings of worth.

Juggling classes, work, caregiving, or family responsibilities? Maybe you're navigating a painful breakup or divorce, feeling isolated, or burned out from always being the strong one for everyone else. You’re not alone and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Whether you're a first-gen student trying to find your footing, returning to school after years away, balancing school with parenting, or simply stuck in a cycle of stress, anxiety, or emotional pain, your experiences matter. Your healing matters. Therapy can be a powerful space to breathe, process, and begin again. You deserve support that sees and honors all parts of your journey. Take the first step. You’re worth it.

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to get through the day, I want you to know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I work with people navigating all kinds of life transitions and stressors, and I have a special place in my heart for LGBTQIA+ folks, military families, and college students. Maybe you’re carrying expectations that don’t match who you are, in a shifting relationship, or juggling school, work, and identity exploration all at once. Whether you’re dealing with frequent moves, dorm life, or just the daily task of trying to stay afloat, you deserve support that actually gets it. Whatever brings you here, I’m not interested in “fixing” you, because you’re not broken. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and find new ways of showing up for yourself and the people you care about. I show up as a real person in the room and I believe healing happens in genuine, respectful connection. My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed. I use research-backed approaches, but I also trust the power of humor, storytelling, and being witnessed just as you are. I honor the identities, histories, and communities you bring with you, especially if you’ve been told those things are “too much,” “too complicated,” or “too political.” You’re safe to bring all of that here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A), trained at Pittsburg State University (BSW) and The University of Kansas (MSW). That academic foundation matters, but what matters more to me is meeting you with honesty, care, and respect for your lived experience. If this sounds like a space you’d like to explore, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Hi there! My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all. Helping Millennials and Asian-Americans through talk therapy or EMDR, I get people unstuck. Through a trauma-informed lens, I support adults who struggle with anxiety, loss, life transitions, and trauma. I specialize in helping motivated individuals get back a better version of themselves. I share effective tools based on your needs and abilities and empower you to regain control of your life. For trauma work, I integrate light somatic exercises with EMDR. My clients move at their pace, while I serve as your guide during the transformation process. My priorities are simple- listen first and help second. I show up as authentic, attentive, and committed within a nurturing therapeutic space. I also weave in humor and lightness when appropriate. I welcome the opportunity to learn about you and help improve your well-being. If you're not satisfied with the intake session, there will be no charge.
