Therapy can be an intimidating journey, and getting started can often feel overwhelming. My hope is to build a therapeutic relationship that feels open, trusting, and supportive, so we can really focus on the challenges that have brought you to this point. Navigating young adulthood can be exhilarating and exciting, but can also lead to fear, worry, and challenges related to leaving home, taking on new roles, and learning about the world in a new way. Sometimes this transition can be hard as you figure out and learn about the different parts of yourself in emerging adulthood. I am excited to walk alongside you as you take this new step towards growth and healing. I believe my clients are experts on their lived experience. I believe my clients deserve trauma informed, inclusive, and affirming care.
I’m an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, committed to providing care that is inclusive, culturally responsive, and grounded in trauma-informed practices. My clinical focus includes obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, insomnia, sexual health, and challenges in interpersonal relationships. My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized—working with you to align treatment with your unique values and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I genuinely want to meet you where you are and build on your strengths. If you're thinking about starting therapy, I welcome you to reach out and schedule an initial consultation. It would be a privilege to connect and explore whether I'm the right fit for your needs. Clients pay listed fees ($250 for intake, $225 for follow up sessions) or use out-of-network insurance benefits. I provide superbills for clients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

I want you to know this therapy will acknowledge the very real challenges you face that are NOT just in your head. If you've been left out, excluded, and the people around you don't understand, you have every right to be angry, hurt and lonely. Do the people in your life expect you to conform or “fix your problem” and make you feel like a burden for having needs? Have you started to believe the negative messages; started believe you're lazy, not good enough or a burden? I offer support for folks who are going through it. You deserve full access to therapy, please don't hesitate to let me know how I can best support. For example: lying down during session to ease fatigue, video forms instead of words on paper. If you're not sure what you need, we can explore this together and find out what works best for you. You can email me at Schedule@BodyMindAllianceCC.com or you can reach me by phone at 215-259-8016. Note: Your gender identity, pronouns and sexual/affectional orientation will be respected and honored without making therapy “all about your identity” unless that is what you want or need. Hello! I am a psychologist who enjoys supporting college-age individuals in a variety of ways. In this season of life, academics and social activities can be common stressors, in addition to family and career issues. Students may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or other learning differences that affect them inside and outside the classroom. I enjoy brainstorming and helping young people access the resources they need, both on campus and in their community. I take a holistic approach to healthy living, and look closely at individual habits and behaviors. I also offer a faith-sensitive approach to individuals who would like to include spirituality or religion in their work. I meet with clients in person in our Chalfont and Chester Springs locations, as well as virtually in the 40+ states that participate in PsyPact (https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap).
Hannah is an LCSW and specializes in trauma and ADHD. She is able to provide independent ADHD diagnostic evaluations and ongoing therapy.
We are who we are for a lot of reasons, maybe we will never know most of them. But even if we can't choose where we come from, we can still choose where we go from there. -Stephen Chbosky, The Perks of Being a Wallflower This quote has always resonated with me as a clinician; there are many aspects of our lives, our stories, our families, and our circumstances that we may not have chosen and may not be able to change. However, there ARE many ways of processing these very important aspects of who we are. Therapy is a wonderful and fulfilling way to do just that. I'm glad you're here. I currently maintain an all-virtual private practice and provide therapy to both individuals and couples. I am comfortable with a variety of presenting concerns and have a specialty focus of relational/couples therapy. I have completed Level II training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, an evidenced-based approach to couples therapy. I'd love to chat with you to learn about what's bringing you to seek therapy and to see if we'd be a good fit. Together, we will create a non-judgemental therapeutic environment with warmth, safety, support, and a sprinkle of humor. My practice is culturally- and trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming and I have been seeing clients for over 7 years.
Starting college or navigating young adulthood brings exciting opportunities, but also unique challenges like academic pressure, new relationship dynamics, and figuring out your path forward. If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious about your future, struggling with a recent loss, or grappling with intense emotions, I'm here to help you find your ground.
Creating change can be an uncomfortable process, and it can help to have someone accompany you on your journey to a more authentic life. I work best with adults who are ready to engage in the sometimes challenging but deeply rewarding process of personal growth and healing. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, or co-occurring disorders, and are seeking meaningful change in their lives. I also have a strong understanding of the unique pressures faced by healthcare professionals and experience providing care for those involved with the Pennsylvania Nurse Peer Assistance Program (PNAP). I specialize in treating dual diagnosis and and I have specific experience working with substance use/chemical addictions and chronic health conditions. CBT and ACT are my primary modalities, however they are not the only interventions I use. Whatever interventions are used, the ideal outcome is to create sustainable, healthy change for individuals. I especially value working with individuals who are open to exploring their experiences, who may feel stuck but are willing to reflect, grow, and lean into their strengths. If you're looking for a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative space to sort through life’s complexities, we may be a good fit.

While I work with adults of all ages, I specialize in working with young adults (ages 18-28) and have worked in several college counseling centers, including Princeton University, where I completed my post-doctoral residency. Taking a holistic approach, I make sure that we focus not only on the symptoms but on your overall wellbeing. I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to help answer any questions that you may have prior to start of treatment.
I am a Harvard-trained, Harvard-affiliated, board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. I strongly believe that the best psychiatric care is centered on the whole person, not just on a diagnosis or a specific medication. I provide weekly therapy and work with patients to determine if medications can be of help. I do not believe that everyone needs a medication, but they can be useful in treating particular psychiatric symptoms; I will work with you in order to find the best treatment modality that meets your goals and needs. My training in psychotherapy includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Exposure/Response Prevention (Ex/RP) and Prolonged Exposure (PE). I provide psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. In order to offer comprehensive treatment, I do not accept insurance in my private practice. I am currently conducting sessions via telemedicine only. Please feel free to send me an email to set up a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so I can answer any questions and see if I can be of help.
