She has a particular interest in treating young adults with non-traditional backgrounds, including racial minorities. Through secure video, Dr. Apraku can treat anyone located in state. Are you tired of overthinking everything—relationships, school, work, finances, and what’s coming next in life? Do you find yourself always thinking ahead, planning details, and trying to stay on top of everything… to the point that it feels exhausting? Maybe your mind rarely slows down. You replay conversations, overanalyze decisions, and put pressure on yourself to do things the “right” way. You may find yourself feeling anxious about the future or wondering whether you’re somehow falling behind. Internally, it can feel exhausting to always be this “on.” If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many highly capable people feel overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together while quietly struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional exhaustion. And often, it’s not simply a time management issue—it’s the mental and emotional load of carrying too much for too long. I specialize in helping individuals manage overthinking, overwhelm, anxiety, and perfectionism. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and driven, but feel mentally stretched and unable to fully enjoy where they are in life. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and grounded. Together, we’ll work to untangle anxious thought patterns, quiet the constant pressure you place on yourself, and create more space for clarity, confidence, and ease—without lowering your standards or stepping away from what matters most to you. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Most of the people I work with reach out while they’re still trying to make sense of what they’re experiencing—they just know they’re tired of feeling constantly “on” or stuck in cycles of pressure and overthinking. Please reach out today to start your care. I’m happy to answer any initial questions and help you determine whether we’d be a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you in feeling more grounded, more present, and more like yourself again—so life can start to feel a little lighter.
Hopeful Horizons Therapy
I work best with students who are thoughtful, curious, and sometimes overwhelmed by school, relationships, or figuring out who they are. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, or just tired of trying to handle everything alone. This is a space to talk openly, feel heard, and sort through what’s on your mind. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll meet you with honesty and care. If that sounds like what you need, you're in the right place.

Hello! I currently offer in-person sessions in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I specialize in working with men, women, and non-binary people on issues related to self-expression, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, sexuality, and the stress and trauma often associated with these concerns. My practice proudly supports the LGBTQIA2+ community. I am in-network with the majority of health insurance providers in the greater Arkansas area. I work from a relational perspective to offer a safe, judgment-free environment where you can be your genuine self. As we form an authentic connection, we will begin to understand and resolve the roots of the challenges that bring you to therapy. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so we can begin getting to know one another. During this time, we can discuss your reasons for seeking treatment, and I can answer any questions you may have. If we determine that we are a good fit, we can schedule your first appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!

Many of the students I work with are thoughtful, hardworking, and care deeply about doing well — but inside, they often feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected. Some are managing big life changes like moving away from home, starting new relationships, or facing academic pressure. Others are dealing with past losses, identity questions, or mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, or self-criticism. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone — and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I help students untangle complicated emotions, learn practical tools to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with what truly matters to them. Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and meaningful.

You can do hard things, but you're tired, or wondering if things have to be this hard. You take care of yourself, but you still feel lonely or worried. People on the outside might say you're crushing it, but on the inside, sometimes you feel you're being crushed. You have big questions for which there may be no answers. I live in the same world you do, with its profound beauty and heartbreaking flaws. I strive to connect with my clients authentically, and sit with them as we contemplate difficult questions. If you are looking for a warm and collaborative space to process your emotions and maybe get some podcast recommendations along the way, we might be a good fit. Oh, and if the phrase “Highly Sensitive Person” means something to you (or feels like it should), I’ve got you. My clinical expertise is with the young adult population, having spent a decade working in institutions of higher education. My private practice clients are typically in the 18-40ish age range. At this time, my practice is fully online via HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing. Please note, this modality is not suitable for everyone.

Hello! I'm Emma, a Telehealth only Therapist in Texas! I specialize in addiction and recovery, anxiety, trauma, work stress and burnout. Look, burnout and work stress are real. Add on top our everyday life things, past unresolved stuff, everything together can become super overwhelming. I wanna be the person to help you process whats going on in your life and help you work through it. Whether that’s developing coping skills or processing past trauma, you and I will do it together. My style in therapy is direct and comforting. I am the type that will meet you where you’re at. You wanna cuss, cool. You wanna cry, I’ll be ready. You wanna take a break from last week’s session topic and change it up, I’m down. Therapy can be being uncomfortable to get comfortable. So when you’re ready, I will be too.

I work with people navigating change, whether that’s figuring out adulthood, starting a family, or finding your footing in a new season of life. I also support neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodiversity, who are learning how to honor their unique ways of thinking, feeling, and being in the world. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and confident as you move through whatever’s next. Clients describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. Our sessions are a space to slow down, reflect, and explore what really matters to you. We’ll work together to make sense of what’s been feeling heavy and uncover new ways to move forward. You can expect a comfortable, judgment-free space to talk about what’s been on your mind. We’ll focus on what’s most important to you, and my hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more at ease about where you’re headed.
