In addition, I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and childhood trauma. I have a great deal of passion for working with people who want to boost their self-esteem. I have a great deal of knowledge on how to help resolve intimacy issues in relationships and also with one’s self. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Depression. I use a variety of approaches based on your needs, with a focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, and EMDR. I utilize these methods because they support the whole mind-body connection, allowing history that has been stored in the nervous system to be released.
